1. General Provisions and Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are explained in detail below. It is necessary to familiarise yourself with these definitions before reading each section.

• Platform: The website, mobile version, and all related services owned and operated by bdbad.
• User: Any person who is registered on the platform and uses its services through an active account.
• Account: The personal profile and wallet created at the time of registration on the platform.
• Bet: A monetary prediction placed on the outcome of a specific event or game.
• Bonus: Additional balance or benefits granted to a user by the platform.
• Turnover / Wagering: The requirement to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and that version is the final and authoritative text. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be treated as the definitive reference.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility criteria must be met to register and participate on the bdbad platform:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The user must not be subject to any legal restriction that prohibits participation in online betting and gaming.
• The user must register under their own identity; opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may create only one account.

2.2 Registration Process

Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and any balance may be forfeited. The bdbad VIP Program has five tiers. Benefits increase as each tier is reached.

• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on the user's active participation and activity on the platform. bdbad reserves the right to reassess or change a user's VIP tier under special circumstances.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — claiming the same offer under multiple identities.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a game through fraudulent means.
• Using an account for illegal or criminal purposes, such as money laundering.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's technical systems.
• Placing bets using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bdbad reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.

• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
